Ingredients
– 200-300g beef picanha steak
– salt to taste.
– black pepper to taste
– sunflower oil (adapt to 200°C cooking)
Before cooking your steak, leave it out of the fridge for about 30 minutes, protected/covered and not over the heat.
Preheat the air fryer basket to 160°C for about three minutes.
Cooking the steak

Turn the steaks and give them 6 additional minutes, same temperature, and it’s done, medium cooking.
Add salt and pepper to taste.
Suggestions
Times and temperature may vary, even if only slightly, depending on the brand and power of your fryer. It is done (medium) when internal meat temperature is 60°C.
You can also personalise your steak by adding, just after the first 6 minutes, either butter, or a sprig of fresh rosemary, or dried erbs…
